Michael John Anderson was a Minnesota resident who was found guilty of first-degree murder for killing Katherine Ann Olson in 2007. Anderson was referred to as The Craigslist Killer because he posted an advertisement on Craigslist posing as a woman seeking child care services. The intent of posting the ad was to trick a woman into coming to his home so he could kill her.
