Michael Argyle's Communication Cycle

Michael Argyle theory is for one to one communication. Argyle theory was based on two people communicating with each other. When they are communicating they will be using the communication cycle, which they both will be sharing ideas where they both can understand each other. Michael Argyle has stated that the interpersonal communication is a skill where they can learn and develop in many ways such as learning how to drive a car. Within the one to one communication Argyle involves different code in which it can be translated and it will be understood by the message sent between the one to one situation. There are six stages of the communication cycle:
On the first stage communication cycle is idea occur , on this stage it is when we have an idea of what we want communicate.
On the second stage of the communication cycle is the message coded , on this stage they will think how they can put thoughts into the language, this is when the doctors in a gp can use their idea of the language so that the nurse can understand his point of view. On the third stage of the communication cycle is when the message sent , on this stage is when they can speak, sign or write in a non-verbal way, where they can understand the message
On the fourth stage of the communication cycle is the message receive , on this stage is when the other person has the sense of the message, when they hear words or see symbols. On the fifth stage of the communication cycle is message decoded , on this stage
