SSgt Skinner has been serving in the United States Air Force for over 13 years. Her ongoing professionalism has been lauded and recognized from various individuals and organization on and off base. She has been a valuable assets to the 35 MDG Optometry flight during her 4 year tour in Japan. Her knowledge and care exemplified in servicing 8K TRICARE beneficiaries annually and providing operational support to 35 FW F-16CM mission.

Sergeant Skinner encompasses all values the AF promotes within our Airmen. Not only does she continuously excel above her peers and fellow Airmen, she also mentored dozen of first-term Airmen as non-commissioned officer in charge for FTAC over a three month period.
