I’ll start by clarifying with Suzy and Cindy on their thoughts, making it explicit, and check with the rest of the group to find out if they feel the same way. Then, to also hear from Roy and Tom on their thoughts and lastly, the thoughts and opinion of the fifth member if he has not spoken, to understand if his thoughts and opinion. To the above, I would apply the skill of questioning, probing and requesting of information as well as involvement of group members.
Thirdly, resolve conflict and prevention future conflicts. With the conflict being made explicit and understood among members, then prevention for future reoccurrence would be necessary. One way of doing so would be to imply group rules for participation and the rules is to be developed by the group for themselves and documented in an agreement.
The agreement, would be a good opportunity for the group to set the tone for building a positive group dynamics through the agreed communication and interaction pattern, extend of social integration and influence, direction of group culture and finally, increasing the group
