Based on all the information gathered La Vista is responsible to shut down the west wing and hire a methamphetamine decontamination and remediation team that has been approved by the CDPHE, a list will be attached to the memo with the necessary information. Once the site has been cleaned up no one is granted entry until postliminary tests are conducted to monitor the levels of methamphetamine residue. Based on those findings the motel will be responsible to cleanup the property in compliance to the safety regulations set by the CDPHE. Otherwise a full demolition and reconstruction should take effect in areas where methamphetamine exposure is greater than 1µg/100 cm2 after the initial cleanup.
