Mentoring Program Analysis

There is a mentoring program that allows older students to help younger student. They can help with a number of things, such as with certain subjects or personally. How would this program help both the older and the younger students? I believe that this is a great program to help student young and old. It will help the younger students in a certain way and help the older students in a certain way. I wish we had a program like this at our school some people could really use it. This is a great experience for young and old students. More schools have this program, because young and old students can both benefit from it. This program will help both age groups in school and personal life.

How can this program help younger students? It will give them more knowledge on more subjects that they need help on. This program will help both students young and old with communication skills. Some students in both age groups need help with different methods of communication to allow the younger student to better understand them. It will help the younger students with their social skills because they might feel more comfortable asking a question or statement to an older peer. It will benefit younger and older students be allowing them to teach and learn from each other.

This program help older students too. It help the older students with their teaching and leadership skills. Most will help the older need help with their speech and social skills. It will help the older by becoming positive role model to the younger students. It will help the older students by teaching them how to communicate in different ways so the younger students will be able to understand what the older students are trying to teach
