I first want to thank you for allowing me to do my practical experience in your classroom. It means a lot to me and I appreciate for it. My reasons for wanting to work with you at Cedar Lane is that I am familiar to the school as it is the same elementary school I went to and graduated from when I were young and I live near the site so it very convenient for me to travel back and forth. I first heard of you and this site from the class which I actually didn’t knew about it until I saw the mentor placement sites paper.
I want to express my appreciation for the time you will dedicate to helping and supervising me, and hope that you know how important your guidance and insight is to me. Truth to be told, I am actually interested in working with

Dear, Point Pleasant Beach High School I would like to thank Beach's program for touring me around the school during the open house and Dr. Grosshandler for taking the time out of his day to discuss my possible future with Point Pleasant Beach and its amazing academic program. Beach has gained a reputation of producing intelligent students and sending them off to college. Being considered for a program with such a productive system brings a monumental amount of joy to me and my family. Over the course of this school year, I have begun to realize the difference between my old school, Point Pleasant Boro, and my new school, Spring Lake Heights. Heights has a smaller population which benefits the students for multiple reasons.…

I have been interested in the Resident Advisor Position since I was in High School. My sister is an RA at Boston College, and she frequently raved about how much she enjoyed the position. Since she and I are extremely close, I often helped her create her door decorations, plan events, and listened to many stories about her experience. I came to Hamilton knowing that I wanted to be an RA, and I cannot imagine my time at Hamilton without having that experience. The main aspect of the RA position that I find extremely attractive (besides the fact that I get to make door decorations!), is that this job allows creativity and social interaction to intertwine in a very unique way.…

Thank you Susan for alleviating my concerns. I appreciate your mentorship and suggestions to move things quickly along the curriculum process. As you know, I have come across a lot of barriers providing our students from receiving quality education and workforce relevancy. This letter is to express my interest in the position as a Residential Assistant for The New School. I also sent my resume showing my experience, competence and reliability as a team member. This position caught my eye as soon as I stepped foot on campus, my parents and I were introduced to Ms. Marsha Dawson at a mixer and through her I gained an awareness of the possibilities of becoming an RA. I then did my own research and came away with the sense of pride that if given the opportunity, I would embrace the resident assistant (RA) position is truly a special one. Indeed, the job of an RA is to care about the residents, and few people in this world can claim that they are entrusted to and compensated to care about others.…

I am writing this letter on behalf of Jonathan Phua who is applying to your program. I have had the pleasure of working with Jonathan in our medical office for about 6 months. We are a fairly busy suburban pediatric practice caring for infants, children and teenagers. He came to work with us from a completely unrelated career as a graphic designer. From the very first day with us, he struck me as very different from all the other young men and women who have worked or currently work here.…

    HLT Mentorship Analysis

My interest in the becoming a HLT mentor stems mainly from being connected to strong mentors throughout the Honors curriculum. Each of my HLT mentors contributed greatly to my success at Kelley, and I feel obligated and would welcome the opportunity to give back to the Kelley Honor’s class below me. My first mentor, Will Colling, was actually the sole reason I landed a sophomore internship at a private equity firm. This internship helped me considerably during my search for a junior year internship in the investment banking industry. After a few meetings with Will, he recognized that I had both the free time and work ethic to be successful at the job.…
