I understand that in the beginning it's going to be complicated, but it's for the best. There are so many health issues we can prevent or at least lower our risk from them if we exercise! We could go for a walk in the evening or at least on my way to school or to places I have to walk to take longer routes. Also, taking things steady is one of my biggest wants, because in class I noticed with an electrocardiograph that you make a bigger effort every time I move, sit or do something small. Now, imagine how much more effort you put in when I get angry, frustrated or simply panic. I know that I won’t be able to keep calm in some situations, but I will make my best effort to do so. Because I know that everytime I get angry my blood vessels tighten and blood pressure soars.
