Medical Abbreviations In Research

I think that people in the health field use medical abbreviations when they are filling out patients charts and records. Using medical abbreviations makes it much more quicker to fill out information. I think this also helps keep a patients records more private. If somebody that is not in medical field is looking at a person’s chart they most likely will not be able to read it. Also it makes it easier for medical professions to understand their patients charts and easier to read with abbreviations.
