MBDO Brown is honest in dealing with but not limited to the traveling public, all TSA staff and management and airport employees. He is accountable for all his actions, even in difficult situations. Brown integrity is obvious, especially with regard procedures; he reported all instances of SOP violations and improper procedures. He always do the right thing, never misrepresent his self or use his position or authority for personal gain. MBDO Brown had have earned other trust and respect through consistent honesty in his interactions with others ( Passengers, TSA Officers, airport employees and BDA co-workers).
