Anti-Mullerian hormone, or AMH, holds important information about a woman’s fertility

• If a woman has high levels of AMH, she has a healthy egg supply.
• However, if she has low levels of AMH, she has a diminished ovarian reserve.

Unlike AMH, FSH is produced in your pituitary gland and its levels do fluctuate throughout the month. Despite these differences, FSH can also provide useful information about your ovarian reserve. High levels of FSH indicate a diminished ovarian reserve, while lower levels indicate a healthy egg
