Matthew Thomas Relationship

Perhaps you have experienced a link to someone else that had been so intense it terrified you beyond pretty much all comprehension. A connection so powerful that you would surrender just about anything on the planet if they were happy.
For Ashley thing's used to be simple. That had been until the day she had discovered the closest friendship she ever had, was much more than she had bargained for. It had all begun on a bright summer day while she was sixteen years old. Her and her friends had been hanging around the Thomas farm. The farm stretched out for 50 acres. All rolling pastures that were separated by wooden snake fencing. The farm house was traditional, which had a porch that wrapped around the front, complete with swing. In front of

Perhaps it had been simply because they were girls but either had found the enjoyment in going for a drive. However, Matthew Thomas and Randy Johnson had totally different views relating to the subject.
Matthew Thomas was a year older than Lori however, he was younger than Ashley. He had sandy colored hair which was unkempt, but didn't appear awful. He had green eyes which hid behind a pair of eye glasses which were significantly unlike Larry's. Matthew usually wore plaid shirts, navy jeans with cowboy boots. He was rather plump around the middle, though still was as much of a country boy as you could find, and did I mention a car guy? Naturally he was in favor of driving around in the Corolla.
Randy Johnson was the exact same age as Lori, and was Ashley's foster brother. Ashley was a good deal too young to remember all the details. All that she remembered was that Randy's mother and father had gotten themselves into some kind of serious situation landing in jail and Randy had wound up in the system. He had come to stay with her family several years ago and has been there ever since. He kept his flaming reddish colored hair short and spiked and his dark brown eyed face was full of freckles. He was the jock, the football player of the gang. He generally wore jerseys with his blue jeans and more often than not carried a football everywhere he went. Like Matthew, Randy too was a car guy and aside from football, driving was his favorite thing to do.

He was the exact same age as Ashley. Through the years the two had turn out to be very close. He was one of her best friends. Nevertheless, Mark was nothing like his younger brother. Mark had the same sandy colored hair, but he fussed over it. He was slender, and muscular. His face silky and his green eyes sparkled. The thing about Mark, he was as good-looking as he was he was popular. Yet, he despised every moment of it and would perfer left alone. The additional point regarding Mark, he was lazy and continually ran out before his chores were done and today was no different. Sadly for Matthew, each time he did, it had been him who was forced to do them instead, which was practically every

The movie, Smoke Signals, and the book, The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-Time Indian, have many similarities. One similarity is the relationship between Victor and Thomas. Their relationship is very similar to Junior’s and Rowdy’s relationship because Junior still wants to be friends with Rowdy even, though Rowdy doesn’t like him. Victor’s relationship with Thomas is very similar to theirs because Thomas wants to be friends with Victor even though he doesn’t like Thomas. Another similarity is the reservations being poor in both the movie and the book; they both didn’t have a lot of money for things, and the character's dads were both alcoholics.…

The novel Beloved by Toni Morrison emphasizes the need for community in order for a society to evolve and move forward from a difficult history. It is impossible for the community to evolve, sustain, and survive without its members working continuously in a structured formation in which the members support each other. In the novel, the absence of support from their community poses a significant challenge for the characters to progress from the haunting memories of slavery. This absence results in the lack of self-affirmation, isolation, and makes it impossible for the characters to develop their own independent identity. The cohesion of the African American community of Cincinnati functions as a foundation for the characters to develop a true…
