On 05/07/2017, approximately at 21:14, I, Officer Rivera Ayala, responded to 159 MacArthur Dr. (AKA Anderson Hospital Express Care) in reference to a theft. The complainant identified as Darla D. Dooley (DOB 08/29/1963) called the Police Department and stated that a man, later identified as Matthew A. Haworth (DOB 11/12/1982) had stolen digital equipment from the facility.
Upon my arrival I met with Darla, and Laurie K. Schuh (DOB 12/12/1957) who both stated that Matthew had came in with a leg injury and while in the private room, Matthew stole a Wyse brand “Thin Client” digital equipment with a value of five hundred ($500.00) dollars.
