Mattel’s is an interesting an organization each of its branded areas has their own mission statement for the organization. This is understandable since the board of director’s mission statement is fairly different than the company products. For this assignment we will focus on the mission statement in the corporate responsibilities part of their page (Mattel, n.d.).
