Through a window, he saw the woman he fell in love with years ago. He dropped the merchandise he had purchased, and sprinted inside."Anna?" He spoke up in curiosity.
"Markus!" She gasped quickly standing and giving him a hug, tears staining his shoulder.
They returned home where they learned more about the person they knew best at one time. Anna explained,"The reason I faked my death, was because of the stress. The music, the community work, but mostly the music. I didn't like it, I couldn't have my own privacy or own family without someone snooping into my life. Plus, you and Ell were barely around, which made it harder, I'm so sorry I never came back I was meaning to but I never knew how."
Tears were streaming, from both Mark and Anna's eyes. Mark still had the hardest time accepting it was years before she came back, but he loved having her again, so he pushed past it. About a year went by, and relationships were being built again, families were reunited, and Anna and Markus didn't let anything get to them, they were stronger then ever now.
