Volunteers from the Appalachian Mountain Club came to Minute Man National Historical Park for National Public Lands Day to lend a hand on two intense projects. The North Bridge unit of the park, home to the Buttrick Garden was in need of invasive plant species removal and stabilization of eroding paths near the Concord River. Centennial Intern Ryan Ullrich & Natural Resources Specialist Margie Coffin Brown teamed up with 25 members of the AMC and together they were able to accomplish this labor intensive project.
