After finishing his degree in 1999, he rapidly moved through the ranks of Lowe’s store management positions, becoming a General Manager in Maplewood, Mo in 2006 and then the flagship store for the Region, Springfield, Mo, in 2007. In a relatively short time, he became the Market Director for Market 888 out of Kansas City, Mo in 2013. Ben had many positive things to say about being a manager and minimal dislikes. One of his major dislikes, is the amount of negativity that sometimes must be combated below and above when managing. He likes the amount of positive impact one can have in a management role.
