Introduction
Malala Yousafzai was a girl who stood up for education for girls and others during one of the most harshest time, when the Taliban attacked. The reason why she is so inspirational and so amazing is because she stood up for what was right even when it was hard and she knew what the consequences were but she did it anyway. The Taliban attacked Pakistan and Afghanistan from 19996 to 2001, some of the worst years that people had ever faced. Malala is truly one big hero.

They banned young women’s rights to have education and making sure none of the girls there got of go to school or have much knowlege. Malala was very upset. School was something she loved and having it being taken away was something she never imagined. They were killing and punishing people who stepped out of line or disagreed with them. Malala knew that this was happening and she knew it wasn’t right, she had to do something about it, so she did. Malala spoke up for what was right and used her words but a few years later on October 9, 2012 Malala was shot in the head by a Taliban gunman. When Malala was better her, her parents, and her two younger brothers were forced to leave Pakistan and their home along with millions of other people. For three months they were not allowed to go home. Malala was still being a hero and being the bigger person even when all those things were happening. Getting shot in the head by a Taliban, not being able to go home for quite some time is hard and it is hard to make things into a positive but Yousafzai did it and changed so many lives by speaking up and standing up for what is right. She learned many things over the past few years that this was happening and out of anything is said to never be afraid to speak up, dream and let those dreams drive your actions, and to never give up because you should do what you want
