With driving becoming more of a prevalent task, traffic violations cases are on the rise daily as well. There are many types of traffic violations, but there are a few that happen quite often, everywhere. The most common traffic violations are speeding, running a stop sign or stop light, unsafe driving, and finally, distracted driving. (Bline) In the past, there was no need for traffic laws because there were not enough vehicles for traffic laws to be necessary. With the rise of people purchasing cars, there was a serious need of change for traffic laws.
