Not one person has the same exact signs. Not everyone who’s depressed suffers from every symptom, some only have a few while others may have more or even all. Depression can be caused by a mix of many things, such as, coming from heredity, the world, biological, and psychological factors. Daily exercise, getting enough sleep, spending time outside in nature and in the sun, or eating healthy foods can also help you feel better (“Teen Depression” 1). When someone does become depressed their moods, likes, and dislikes obviously change because they aren’t in a right mind set. So they will most likely lose energy and not sleep good, so to change that someone could take then to a gym and do a light fun workout, and change their sleeping habits. But everyone is different, so you can’t treat each and every person the same way when trying to help.
