Benjamin Franklin once said “These libraries have made the common tradesman and farmers as intelligent as men from other countries.” This perfectly backs up my reasoning that libraries have given the world the opportunity to not be confined and narrow minded but to learn more about our world and the achievements we have made. In fact, many historians have decided to rely on books for information because they are more trustworthy and hold much more information about their topic than website. They do not consider that there are more materials to think about like calculators for any Algebra classes, lab coats, scantrons for quizzes and exams, parking permits, and access codes for online assignments. Sometimes, even a laptop is necessary since public libraries close early, and students will have to finish assignments possibly overnight. The total of all of the materials can result to being from eight-hundred dollars up to one thousand. There are some used books that people sell, but it will be impossible to purchase them anywhere for a decent price.…
