Life Server
A financially strained Valerie, learns she will be blocked from classes. She reads an email, “Urgent: Please pay your tuition, in order to continue your education.” This is Valerie’s last semester of law school.

She visits Academic Advising asking, “Would it be terribly bad if I postponed one semester?” Her advisor responds, “Fill out this form and we will see you upon return.” Valerie despises everything; as she can’t ask her struggling parents for help. Valerie, now needs a job.

She’s hired by a start-up company called Life Servers; whose motto reads, “When life serves you lemons, go to court.” However, becoming a fully functional Process Server, may be a tougher challenge than finishing her last semester. Valerie must serve subpoenas to celebrities and citizens of Los Angeles. The money earned is vital to graduating.

After several road blocks with her first few work cases, Valerie masters her research skills using complicated proxy servers and hi-tech devices. Still amateurish, Valerie begins stalking her next target at an event. Snooping with binoculars, Valerie frightens non-attendees. Then explains, “Basically I hand out life sentences to folks like O.J. Simpson!” Unbeknownst to Valerie, private-security patrols nearby. Julian a/k/a Black Sun is at this event. Standing in the press-section, Valerie waits for her moment. She reaches in her back pocket to grab a manila envelope, as Black Sun whispers into his jacket sleeve, “We’ve got a situation!” Before Valerie can say “You’ve been served!” he swipes Valerie’s left wrist. She yelps, “Arghhh!” Julian, huddles around Nicole Garbage and shoves her into a vehicle. He taps the hood. The celebrity flees; Julian too. The paparazzi snaps a dozen photos, while Valerie painfully cries. She’s lies in a fetal position on the red carpet. Valerie pleads, “Somebody call an
