NOW COMES Defendant, Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, by and through its attorneys Garan Lucow Miller, P.C., by W. John Stenton, and in answer to plaintiff's complaint states the following:
1. Admit.
2. In answer to paragraph 2 of plaintiff’s complaint, Defendant Liberty Mutual Insurance Company admits that it was doing business in the County of Chippewa, State of Michigan, as to any remaining allegations contained in said paragraph defendant Liberty Mutual states that it lacks knowledge or information sufficient to form a belief as to the truth of said allegations and leaves plaintiff to his proofs thereon.

In answer to paragraph 7 and 7b of plaintiff’s complaint, Defendant Liberty Mutual Insurance Company admits said allegations as to any remaining allegations, as to any remaining allegations contained in said paragraph 7 subparagraph a and c this defendant states that it lacks knowledge or information sufficient to form a belief as to the truth of said allegations and leaves plaintiff to proofs thereon.
8. In answer to paragraph 8 of plaintiff’s complaint, Defendant Liberty Mutual Insurance Company states that it has paid certain medical expenses for and/or on behalf of the Plaintiff Scott Moore. As to any remaining allegations contained in said paragraph 8 of plaintiff’s complaint, Defendant Liberty Mutual Insurance Company states that it lacks knowledge or information sufficient to form a belief as to the truth of said allegations and leaves plaintiff to his proofs thereon.
9. In answer to paragraph 9 of plaintiff’s complaint, Defendant Liberty Mutual Insurance Company states that it has paid certain medical benefits for and/or behalf of the Plaintiff Scott Moore. As to any remaining allegations contained in said paragraph 9 of plaintiff’s complaint this defendant states that it lacks knowledge or information sufficient to form a belief as to the truth of said allegations and leaves plaintiff to his proofs
