Level Warrant Officer Duties

This week began with a discussion about the duties and responsibilities of a Company level Warrant Officer. Some of the topics of discussion were foreign to me. Maybe it is because I am not directly involved in the process, but I do not see my Company Warrant managing the training within the Company. Typically, I send him my 5W’s for the next week of training and make sure that the Company training schedule is up to date, but that is all. As a Company Operations Warrant, I will ensure that all of the Detachment Warrants are informed and aware of the training management process, and ensure they are managing their training IAW the Army Training Network. SFWOAC Class 002-17 briefed the rest of class on FM 7-0, ADRP 7-0, and USASFC 350-1. These
