First of all, thank you very much for screening our Sailor and have an honest assessment regarding his actual condition. According with the treatment recommendation, the service member will require to attend Level III treatment due to severe disorder. Due to the outcome of the screening, is my duty to inform my Triad of his condition. For my to do that, I would like, if you could, provide me with a summary, in details, or any other information of the drivers and symptoms that make him being recommended for this treatment level; believe me, this will make the process easier without any questions.
