Letter To Olivia Research Paper

I am sorry to inform you that I disagree with your hasty actions to trust the letter that you found to presumably be from Olivia because its means of delivery and significant details composed within the letter signal several red flags to the common observer. While you were fantasizing about a possible love interest in Olivia, which several others also shared, your ego simply overtook your thoughts and you connected several indications within the letter rather illogically. Of course people thought that you were mad! Your childish actions cost you your dignity and the slim margin of respect that Olivia previously had for you. Firstly, you found the letter randomly in your path and picked it up off of the ground in Olivia’s garden. The letter …show more content…
The letter listed the letters M, O, A, and I, which you ignorantly reflect, “M, O, A, I. This simulation is not the former. And yet, to crush this a little, it would bow to me, for every one of these letters are in my name” (II.v 127-129). There are several other words and names in the English language that contain those letters, including mortality and Mario. The letters could’ve also been an acronym that means something more exclusive between the sender and intended recipient. Yes, your name does include all of them, but not in that explicit order and so for you to infer that their meaning is Malvolio without any other information in regards to the goal is quite foolish. You also cannot be completely certain that Olivia was its author because you identified her as the creator of the composition when you exclaim, “By my life this is my lady’s hand. These be her very C’s, her U’s and her T’s, and thus makes her great P’s. It is in contempt of question her hand” (II.v 80-82). Several people have similar handwriting with negligible difference and even if one’s hand was not as precisely articulated as Olivia’s, her handwriting could easily be forged. It was also signed, “Farewell. She that would alter services with thee, The Fortune Unhappy” (II.v 143-144). Yes, Olivia was very unhappy, but this does not mean that …show more content…
If you were to pay attention to the significant red flags signaled by the passage, people would not have you locked up and pegged for a madman. If you were not to becomet caught up in a fantasy world of a forbidden love, the red flags would have been more noticeable to you. The next time you approach a new love interest, you may be able to take a more suitable approach. I advise that you talk to the person, or even make it clear to them that you are interested. In time, they should deny your requests in a more pleasant manner. You should not rely on fate to drop a brilliantly executed letter among your path by chance to find out how one truly feels about you. Communication can go a long way in certain situations, especially this

Obituary Olivia T. Juliano, a 36-year-old singer and resident of Calabasas, California, died yesterday of brain trauma. In the police report, it stated that Juliano was polishing her silver collection when her custom golden cat statue started to wobble. The statue, modeled after her personal pet Luzbelley Anne, quickly lost its balance and fell onto the singer’s head. The husband had to identify the victim by just the cat tattoo on her lower back as her face was completely obliterated. The expensive oriental rug below her wore Olivia’s teeth, brains, and blood.…

The letter was written by Eliza Stacey to her father in law, Edward Stacey, impassionately described the hardships of her current situation at home, due to her husband's imprisonment. Eliza Stacey wrote her letter to persuade her father in law to help her family once again. Eliza Stacey opened her letter by stating her current hopelessness and sorrowfully reported the misery that her family went through. The opening sentence is highly exaggerated and unqualified.
