However, following the description in the first 5 pages of the OB course - MBTI, Leonidas the straightforward character was clearly a sensing and thinking person. He used his 5 senses in hunting and fighting skills as well in his daily life. He sensed danger physically and not by intuitiveness although he was able to put strategies he fought using his brutal force (preferred style). Although the fact that the movie itself describes a war which is typically in need of a contingency leader to defend Sparta from the Persian attack, Leonidas shared with the Spartans a vision that admires the Freedom of their people. Leonidas leadership passed through the different elements of the transformational leadership, form creating a strategic vision and communicating it till building the commitment of the team which is revealed in their lives sacrifice decision.
