Leadership is about motivating individuals to comprehend and trust in your vision and to work with you to accomplish your objectives while managing is more about controlling and ensuring the everyday things are occurring as they ought to (Understanding the Differences: Leadership vs. Management, 2016). According to the Harvard business review, managers are actually different than that of the leaders even in personality. A managerial business gives importance to accuracy and control. Whether his or her energies are coordinated toward objectives, assets, association structures, or individuals, a manager is a problem solver. The manager asks: "What issues must be illuminated, and what are the most ideal approaches to accomplish results about with the goal that individuals will keep on contributing to this association?" From this point of view, leadership is just a commonsense push to direct issues; and to satisfy his or her undertaking, a manager requires that numerous individuals work effectively at various levels of category and obligation. It takes neither maestro nor bravery to be a manager, but rather ingenuity, extreme mindedness, diligent work, knowledge, diagnostic capacity, and maybe most imperative, resilience and
