In view of some people who live quite a carefree lifestyle and do not think about the importance of their diet. In today's society people would often grab a quick bite to eat, in other words, take-outs, or fast foods. According to an article stated that, “due to people poor diets, they lack the right vitamins and minerals, and/or insufficient exercise resulting in less energy that contributes to the general feeling of laziness” (What Causes Laziness).By eating unhealthy food such as junk food or fast foods, it causes our body to spike in insulin result in a sleepy and tired feeling know as postprandial somnolence, also called “the itis”. Furthermore, as a result of our unbalance diet and depriving ourselves of the fuel that our body thrives on. Where we lack the necessary fuels that we need to stay motivated throughout the day. For instance, on a daily basis, we probably would be experiencing drowsiness and fatigue, where we lack the motivation to get on through the day and never actually accomplish anything since we are too lazy to perform any kind of …show more content…
Especially, exhaustion stated in an article, “activity even mental activity requires energy and a clear mind. When we are exhausted, our mind is dulled and prevents the body from functioning effectively. (The 10 Main Causes Of Laziness). Therefore, when we feel worn out and our mind becomes weary, it results in a decline of motive functioning. Provided that, we just desire to find something that we find enjoyable and simply be lazy and relax. Similarly, feeling overwhelmed from workload causes enormous stress our mind. Specifically, being forced to take on multiple tasks at hand. With too countless tasks that are roaming in our minds, we feel a drainage of our motivation and energy to complete the tasks at hand. Granted that we would rather just procrastinate and be lazy
