Landscaping Proposal Paper

Improved Essays
C and R Landscaping is requesting a proposal for landscaping on the entrance of the new development which would add an attractive view to both the visitors and the people who will live there, increasing the demand for the condominiums and creating value for New Valley Condominiums.
This unsolicited proposal was considered by both Carlos and Roy Marambio from which both companies would benefit from the .5 acres being enhanced. This would also include maintenance of all plant life and installation of trees and shrubbery.
The purpose of landscaping would be to enhance the aesthetics of the buildings and create value where rock and gravel seem to be. Specifically, our service will:
• Improve the aesthetics of the condominiums making the grounds look as beautiful as the buildings that are on the land.
• attract new customers to the location which will boom the business exponentially with word of mouth
• raise the cost of living in the area to make your company a profit
• give a better reputation amongst other condominiums in the area.

We will also take in the care and maintain the surrounding environment. By allowing us to do so, we will able to attract harder to reach consumers who focus more on the aesthetics and the surrounding environment. This will improve the amount of people who will contact you and contract to live in the condominiums. Continuing, we will be able to raise the marketing capabilities of the buildings by placing better-looking surroundings making the condominiums surpass the looks of the other competing condo’s in the surrounding area. This contract will help New Valley Condominiums greater because of the lack of necessity to find a landscaping company and to haggle for a competitive cost. We await your
