Care givers are made up of people who are either paid such as nurses and doctors or unpaid such as mothers and fathers. Many unpaid caregivers experience a lot of stress, this is because they typically work and have others that they need to take care of. This gives many unpaid care givers limited time for themselves and additional stress placed on their other responsibilities. The best way to understand the pressure placed on an unpaid care giver is to speak with one.
