Kronos Proposed Watch Box Hours
Each individual will have a designated time to watch the Kronos queue inbox and will be responsible for working all tickets and tech calls during their specified times. If an unexpected event\outage occurs which causes the queue to become backlogged the designated watch box person will notify the Kronos Team and then it becomes all hands on deck to assist until things return to normal. If you would like to switch hours from one week to the next let me know what time you would like. I have configured these times based on everyone’s desired lunch times. The person who has the watch box will also be responsible for the Kronos help desk calls during their time on the watch box. If you are going to be unexpectedly
