Each individual will have a designated time to watch the Kronos queue inbox and will be responsible for working all tickets and tech calls during their specified times. If an unexpected event\outage occurs which causes the queue to become backlogged the designated watch box person will notify the Kronos Team and then it becomes all hands on deck to assist until things return to normal.
