KPJ Healthcare Berhad (KPJ or the Group) is Malaysia's leading provider of private healthcare services (KPJ, 2017). Since its introduction of the first private specialist hospital in Johor in 1981, the Group has been at the forefront of the healthcare industry (KPJ,2017). The ambulance is fully equipped with Global Positioning System (GPS), Automated External Defibrillator (AED), cardiac monitor, resuscitators, portable ventilator, and trauma & fracture management kit. The ambulance service provide for the public in the community of Shah Alam and areas around. The services provided are transportation of admission and discharge patients from hospital to hospital, from hospital to patient’s home in Klang Valley area, and shuttle patients from hospital to airport as per request. Patient transfer can be made upon patient request or hospital due to inadequate medical services for specific medical needs. It also provides outpatient services and care to cater for minor as well as major illnesses, injuries and trauma. All the specialists are available 24 hours a day on call, with a doctor available on-site 24 hours a day, no matter what the need, to speed up emergency management. In order to maintain the highest standards of professionalism, the services are also supported by well qualified staffs, which have undergone regular refresher courses on emergency medicine, basic life support, cardiac resuscitation and emergency triaging. Hospital pharmacy is a professional department of hospital that which is operating with manufacturing, testing, compound, procurement, packing, dispensing, storing, and others works of pharmacy. This job is not easy because pharmacy must have professional and detail knowledges in health care system. With the professional knowledges, hospital pharmacy can provide an advice about the safe and effect of medicines to patients and other health professionals. Drug Delivery Service (DDS) which is provided by hospital pharmacy and Nationwide Express Courier Service Berhad to offer some help of medicine or health care to the location that customer choose. This service has bring a lot of convenient for those customers difficult to go hospital or without transport, and these services are free to customers.
