The ambulance is fully equipped with Global Positioning System (GPS), Automated External Defibrillator (AED), cardiac monitor, resuscitators, portable ventilator, and trauma & fracture management kit. The ambulance service provide for the public in the community of Shah Alam and areas around. The services provided are transportation of admission and discharge patients from hospital to hospital, from hospital to patient’s home in Klang Valley area, and shuttle patients from hospital to airport as per request. Patient transfer can be made upon patient request or hospital due to inadequate medical services for specific medical needs. It also provides outpatient services and care to cater for minor as well as major illnesses, injuries and trauma. All the specialists are available 24 hours a day on call, with a doctor available on-site 24 hours a day, no matter what the need, to speed up emergency management. In order to maintain the highest standards of professionalism, the services are also supported by well qualified staffs, which have undergone regular refresher courses on emergency medicine, basic life support, cardiac resuscitation and emergency triaging.
