The knights used a variety of weapons including swords, lances, daggers, flails, and maces. The knight’s weapon were extremely expensive. And of course, when we think of battle we think of flails. We all know about the steel ball attached by a chain to a short, wooden pole swinging above the army man’s head. And we can’t leave out maces… they were like flails, but instead of being attached to a wooden pole, they are attached to a steel war club.
