The Kiwanis Car Wash was held at the Kukui Grove parking lot on Saturday, November 12. It was a day full of fun in the sun while washing cars and creating many memories. From 8:45 AM to 2:15 PM, Kaua’i and Kapa’a High Key Clubbers washed and dried cars for donations that went toward the Kiwanis Family. When it came to washing and drying each car, each person was assigned a certain section of the car so that no dirt or water spots were left behind. As this is my first year of joining Key Club, the Kiwanis Car Wash was a great opportunity for me to bond and become friends with other members as well as the officers. Although it was a long and hot day for everyone, we all still managed to put smiles on our faces and share the positive spirit that
