PER REPORTER: Kimberley (mom) and Joel (dad) moved into the home with Kimberley’s parents after not having any where else to go. The reporter said Kimberly’s parents are drinking and using meth and Kimberley and Joel are taking Xanax, Morphine, and smoking marijuana in the home. Kimberley sells her food stamps to buy the pills. According to the reporter Robert has access to the drugs because they have them lying everywhere. It was told by the reporter Robert hasn’t been hurt or harmed due to the drinking and drugs use taking place in the home. The reporter said this has been going on for about a week.
