Most people in their years of school have cheated in one way or another, whether it be using your phone on a big test, the cliche form of writing the information on your arm, or forgetting that you had a homework assignment and copying off of your friend five minutes before the bell so that you don't get a zero. As you read those examples you probably either said whoops I've done that but its not that bad or you looked at those and thought they were so wrong. This process is called your morals, what you feel is right and wrong. Persuasive Essay Felons

Felons are citizens and should be allowed to vote because the right to vote is proclaimed constitutionally to citizens at the age of 18. Many people are convicted of felonies- which inhibits their right to vote. However, decisions made in elections affect everyone, thus the opinions and concerns of felons should be counted as a fundamental right. Just because they are criminals, that does not take away their citizenship and basic rights as an American. Also, not all felons that are convicted are guilty, so taking away their right to vote further strips them of their individuality.…

I believe in our government because they keep us safe, and they try to make decisions for the benefit of our country.…

Professor Harris Composition II (1002-40615) 3 October 2014 Where’s the Improvement? It is almost impossible to abide by any motto set by humans because humans are given choices, and choices are associated with emotions and feelings whether they are realized or not. Granted the option of choice, sometimes people do not select the best judgments. This is the flawed and imperfect nature within humans. We can learn from these flaws to avoid future blunders; however, racial profiling is a trend that seems to thrive amongst the land where all are held as “equals.”…

Solitary confinement, or also known as Security Housing Unit, is defined as isolating an inmate from the general population for twenty-two to twenty-three hours a day for months or years. Its main purpose is to punish inmates who break prison rules or endanger prison guards and other inmates. First, let’s take a step back and look at the downfall of solitary confinement.
