Kellie is a 31yo, G2 P1001, who is currently 13 weeks 2-day as dated by LMP consistent with a 7-week ultrasound. She relatively healthy. She has one prior full-term delivery. She reports that she presented to triage for several days in a row and was sent home for false labor. On the day she was admitted she began having some vaginal bleeding but was still 1 cm on arrival. On arrival after being hooked to the heart rate monitor the baby had some notable heart rate changes and she was rushed to the emergency room for a cesarean delivery under general anesthesia.
