Traditionally in the sales of most all property, the representing brokerage of the sales agents will split a 6% commission (in some instances this percentage can be higher or lower) - each brokerage claiming 3% each. In an example of the sales of a $100,000 property, each brokerage will receive $3,000 for the sales of the parcel. The agents that represent both the selling client and the buying client will then in turn receive a percentage of the commission that is given to the brokerage. This percentage too can vary between 40%-70%. Keller Williams’s agents for example all receive a 70% commission of the brokerage fee. From the example previously noted, the agent that represents the seller or buyer would receive $2,100 in commission. Keller Williams Realty is one of very few franchises to offer its agents that high of a commission

Upon full assessment of the property, that would be the only time that it will be best to talk about prices as you have your ammunition ready to defend your preferred…

When asked to create a new television ad for New Belgium Brewery in Asheville, North Carolina, I would spend an ample amount of time familiarizing myself with the town and its population.
