RESULTS & FINDINGS

On the behalf of this marketing research it has been concluded that: –

1. The quality of the Kara wipes is being admired by many customers.
2. There is a high competition of Kara wipes with respect to other brand of wipes as they are providing schemes and even their prices are low.
3. In today’s world, people are getting more conscious towards branded and high quality products.
4. Customers specially women, normally prefers to buy branded products such as Dove, Himalaya, L’oreal because they buy the cosmetic items such as face wash, moisturizing cream , cold cream etc. of that brand and therefore prefer to buy the facial wet wipes of the same brand.
5. Customers are unaware that all the variants

 In today’s world, the new generation working women prefers to have handy products which are convenient and easily available. So company should target the women.

 As the hotels are rapidly increasing in Patiala so the company should also focus on hotels by placing the Kara products in the hotel.
 Company can provide Kara wipes to the restaurants so that customers can easily access this service for the purpose of refreshment.
 Company can tie up with the CAB Services and can provide sample of Kara wipes to their customers so that they can get a chance to use the wipe and putting the product in the cab will help a lot for promotional factor.
 Retailers should be provided with the Display scheme which should include posters and hoardings.
 Company should take care of the retailers by giving them profitable margin which they get from other rivals.
 Company should increase the margin level from 18% to 30% and should focus on advertisements so that the customers will get more attracted towards Kara brand which will raise the demand for the
