Jurrasic Park Vs Spinosaurus Essay

Tyrannosaurus had approximately 60 wide and dull serrated teeth. Tyrannosaurus used its front teeth that were closely packed to grip and pull while using its side teeth that are more widely spaced for tearing flesh. The teeth had a curve, reinforcing ridges and robustness structure in order to withstand forces while killing their prey.(8) Its long tail might possibly responsible for supporting the balance of the whole body during the run. However, the function of its tiny forelimb is still unclear.

Diet
For the Diet of these two creatures, there is a hypothesis of spinosaurus was a fish eaters based on the anatomical similarity with crocodilians as being discussed earlier. The presence of digestive acid-etched fish scales in the rib cage of the specimen could also

In reality it was never possible that the Tyrannosaurus and the Spinosaurus would have met in the natural world because from what we discussed, They both lived in different continents and different time. Spinosaurus lived during the middle of Cretaceous while Tyrannosaurus lived almost 40 years later in the late cretaceous. More importantly These two predators didn’t even live during the Jurraic period which mean, calling the movie “Jurrasic Park” makes no sense. However If we just forget about the reality and pick a side which one of these two creatures could possibly win the fight, According BBC nature (10) Tyrannosaurus rex had the most powerful bite of any creature that has ever walked the Earth which could be up to 60000 Newtons that is equal to a medium-sized elephant sitting on you. If this claim is true, Tyrannosaurus should have won the fight since it was the one who got the first big bite and should bitten the Spinosaur's head off right away. However, the only source of evidence we have is their fossil record which probably can not give us an answer on which species would win in the

Humans with a strong sense to hunt might often get bored with hunting a common prey. They usually resort to a larger, fiercer, and more powerful form of game. Humans do not often resort to hunting each other to experience the uniqueness of capturing and eliminating their own kind. When another human, or animal, is trapped in this kind of situation, they will have to retaliate for any chance of survival. The man, or animal, with the most physical strength is not always victorious, but the one who outsmarts the other.…

No matter how many times you've seen the Mosasaurus jump out of the water and devour that great white shark in the trailer, it still takes you aback in the movie. The dinosaurs look amazing and though it's probably not as much of a technical breakthrough compared to the original Jurassic Park in '93, they still look pretty darn good. When Bryce Dallas Howard and Chris Pratt sit down to touch one of the wounded dinosaurs, you can actually see and hear their hands patting the animal. You can clearly see the light reflecting off the Triceratops' horns, the layers of eyelids when the Indominus Rex blinks and the blood dripping from its maw because it's just eaten a few people. It can be argued that the dinosaurs do not look scientifically accurate, but for what they were intended to look like, they look pretty darn real to me.…

Majungasaurus was an average sized (compared to it’s close relatives) theropod dinosaur that lived in Madagascar from 70 to 66 million years ago, at the end of the Cretaceous Period. Like other abelisaurids (members of the family Abelisauridae) , the Majungasaurus was a two-footed predator with a short snout. Although the forelimbs are not completely known as of yet, they were very short, while the hind limbs were longer and quite stocky. It can be distinguished from other dinosaurs in it’s family by its wider skull, the very rough texture and thickened bone on the top of its snout, and the single rounded horn on the roof of its skull. It also had more teeth in both upper and lower jaws.…

Going back to the title the dinosaur can be a symbol of extinction or bringing the past into the present. However, the author wants the audience to see how the dinosaur means clutching onto big childhood aspirations. Furthermore, hugging it tight and protecting it so it does not become extinct and just something one reads about in the past. The audience can see that black boy holding the gun as if he has no time for dreams and therefore cannot worry about those kinds of thing. In the line where the author writes, “no one kills the black boy.…

Morphology is the study of the structure and form of organisms. Six skulls were looked at to be determined identified using morphological characteristics. This can determine the genus and species and time the hominid was likely alive. It can also help anthropologists know more about what the living conditions were like in the time that that species was alive. Traits like a sagittal keel or large molars can show that the food that that species consumed was likely tough and required a lot of chewing.…

Jurassic Park takes place in the late 1980’s, a time where genetic research is at it’s high point. Michael Crichton does a great job of incorporating actual historical facts and dates into this time where genetic impossibilities have become a reality. A time where we have the technology and the knowledge to do almost anything we wanted to do, but we cannot abuse this power. Have you ever heard the phrase “with great power comes great responsibility”? Well Michael Crichton that same moral compass in this book, but instead of having great power, we have a vast knowledge that we have to use in moderation.…

“The Difference between Alligators and Crocodiles” Plenty of people confuse the alligators and crocodiles, as they are both large, scaly animals of prey. What most people do not think of is that while they are very alike in some ways, they are two extremely different, yet super frightening hunters. Both of these reptiles are members of the reptilian family Crocodylia, however they are from two different families. There are a sum of 25 types of crocodilians (belonging to the Crocodylia family), including these two. Crocodilians date back 260 million years, that’s 65 million years more than the dinosaurs.…
