Julius Caesar: The Three Headed Monster

Julius Caesar was a very determined individual that was born into a prominent Roman family. Growing up, he had an abundance of supplies. He had everything he could imagine. As a person, Caesar dressed unusual, setting himself in his own direction instead of following other people. This brought the start of his leading years. At the early stages of his adulthood, he became a lawyer. This led people to depend on him when they seeked his help. People trusted him enough, that he was able to take money from them without them knowing. He used this money to gain political power throughout the kingdom. As he gained all of the power, he was elected as one of the two heads of government. From there, he made a triumvirate, that was known as the “Three Headed Monster”. With all of the power he had gained, he became “greedy”, thinking that the …show more content…
This didn’t stop Caesar though. Caesar and his army attacked Gaul without a mercy. They were not going to stop until they got the land they wanted. With the forceful army of soldiers Caesar had, they caused Vercingetorix to surrender. The people of Gaul were no match for this dominant force. After the surrender, Caesar didn’t want the Gallics to go unpunished for the attempt of getting in his way, so he ordered that every one in ten people of Gaul, to have their hands cut off.
Cleopatra then came into Julius Caesar’s life. With her coming into his life, he wanted to take over her land; Egypt, too. In order to take over her land, he had to leave his own land to visit her. While he was gone, he left his empire unguarded. Luckily, no one attempted to attack Rome. When he arrived back into Rome, he was handed ten years as dictator. With his dictator position, he formed a monarchy. There were both unhappy and happy people. After a few years, he went to see Cleopatra and brought her back to Rome with
