Once we have mastered our own biases, it will be equally important to understand biases in others. Decision making usually involves others as well, so understanding where they stand is important. From there you may to work towards guiding them to adjust their decisions. This is accomplished by making the logic of the decision clear by comparison, assessments, estimates and using this information to evaluate the decision.
