The journal entry that I choose for my best-self came from reflection one under the category of community involvement. This journal entry is a picture of my best-self. As I stated early, I am a Christian. The highest or best thing a Christian can do is love God with all their heart, mind, soul, body, and strength. The next best thing a Christian can do is love their neighbor as their self. This entry is a picture of my best-self because it involves helping others. I love to show God’s love. What better way is there to honor God and show God’s love, then to help others through his name? When I help people, I let them know, I am doing it because God loves them and I do too. I let them know that God cares and has not forgotten about them.
