In Jonbenet's murder there are many different resources that me and my group used we mostly used google and the resources that is provided there was good information in all resources. We also used youtube for the videos in the podcast. There were many different news clipping blaming different suspects in the murder like the father, mother , brother and the santa claus. We had some problems finding videos because some were restricted for the research aspect because there were different videos explaining different point of views to different information. There was consistent information in different resources and that’s how we know it’s right information and they actually got it right in some aspects. But there is also inconsistent information …show more content…
Her name was Elizabeth Short she died when she was 22 she was young when she died. Nobody really knows why they killed Elizabeth people believe it was a motivated murder. In Jonbenet's case nobody really know why they killed the 6-year old beauty queen. The case was never solved like Jonbenet’s case there were suspects in both but in both cases there was not enough evidence against one person to arrest someone connected to the murder. There was no legit evidence to convict someone even though there was a lot of evidence because of that there were many different suspect that can be the killer but it’s been a long time ever since the Black Dahlia murder it has been almost 69 years since the death and for the Jonbenet case it has been 20 years since December of 2016. But like I said there are many similar cases to Jonbenet's and the Black Dahlias case too. There would have been different motivation for the murders like motivation, there was note after Elizabeth was killed at the end it said “Black Dahlia Avenger” like it was a crime of passion and if Jonbenet's was a crime of passion too because they were wealthy when you first think of them if nothing happened to their daughter Jonbenet. There would have been different reasons to kill a daughter of a wealthy

Historical Setting In a 1966 amendment to the Elementary and Secondary Education Act, the federal government began providing financial aid to states that provided education for children with disabilities. The program evolved into the Education of the Handicapped Act (EHA) of 1970. After a couple of lawsuits and an updated Act, the government determined that students with disabilities had the right to public education, and parents had the right to participate in the process (Wright, 2010). Amy Rowley, a first-grader with an auditory impairment, and her family filed suit against her school district in the Federal District Court after the New York Commissioner of Education affirmed the school district’s decision to refuse a sign-language interpreter.…

Research Paper Topic The topic of my research paper will be about the new forensic evidence that turned up in the Elizabeth short case aka the black dahlia, I believe this will either make or break the entire case. It could also bring about a close to this cold case that has unsolved for 68 years; just as long as it has been if not longer since the last world war which in my deepest of opinions is way too long. This evidence was discovered back in 2013 by hodel whom is the son of the man who he has convinced himself was the one who had murdered her. He believes very firmly that he has solved the crime of her death and he is noted as writing some of the best books on theories of how she was murdered and why.…
