John Lennon is an inspirational leader of the Beatles, anti-war activist, father, poet, singer/ songwriter, and illustrator of the 1960’s. He leaded peace through catchy tunes and meaningful lyrics that supported a non- violent and peaceful country. Although there was a very wide variety of great leaders that did a very important part in world history, I used a very strict criteria of how to choose a unique leader that people can learn from and admire. My criteria was: who is a person who has much reliable information, who is a person many people won’t think of when they think of a “leader” , who am I interested in, who is a person everyone knows and still no one really knows that person very deeply, who made a big impact on the world, either

The biographies gave more information about the life behind Beatles leader and legendary revolutionist. Since songs and music was his way very own way of expressing his thoughts and revolutionizing the world, song lyrics played a very important role in research.
