“Harry Potter” the story of an orphaned boy with magical powers. The series that became the best selling series in history. A story in which both children and adults enjoy reading. Created by the brilliant mind of J.K. Rowling. Who crossed many roads before she found success. She risked everything to fulfill her dreams. She went from a jobless, single mother living on state benefits to being multimillionaire. J.K Rowling possess positive leadership, responsibility,and integrity.

The basic definition for the word leader is someone who takes charge of a group of people and leads them. Such as the president or a military officer. J.K. Rowling may not fit in the basic definition of leadership. However, leadership is not about living without failure and commanding actions from others. Leadership is the result of vision and perseverance which inspires others. J.K. Rowling did not become rich overnight. It took time. She encountered with failure but that did not stop her from trying to accomplish her dreams of publishing “Harry Potter”. She has inspired many people to follow their dreams. Rowling believes that everyone is responsible for their own lives. Our parents were our backbones during our childhood. But when it is time to leave the nest, you are responsible for your own lives. Before J.K. Rowling published Harry Potter she was jobless and she was a single mother who had to take care of her daughter. She was responsible for not only her life but her daughters too. No matter how horrible her life was it was her responsibility for her to fix it, she could not blame her parents because this was not their life.
