The positive lifestyle factors that kept Jeremy in good health when he entered college was physical agility as a multisport athlete. Who seem to have a love for sports like soccer, football, basketball, and even track. Which Jeremy activity resulting in his good health. However, after Jeremy seem to adjust to college life he became inactivity in physical activities/sports. Resulting in a bad health choices such as, excessive junk food, frequently partying and the use of alcohol as well as the lack of fitness activities. Are all factors that had a negative impact on Jeremy life resulting in his grades declining, and the increase in weight gain, over 15 pounds.
