I grew up in a very democratic town with both my parents associating themselves as democrats. However, my sister grew up to realize her views aligned more with those of republicans. I, unfortunately, never thought it was necessary to watch the news. I avoided all political conversations and just went about my day. I say that I am diffused in this area because I have made zero effort to figure out my identity. I know that it is important to have one in this area but as of now, I feel like i just keep pushing it off till later. My political views are just not a pressing issue in my life right now. However, when filling out the sheet given to us, I feel strongly about many aspects of my life. These include my gender, sexuality, interests, and personality. My personality changes all the time and will most not likely be the same a month from now but I know who I am as a person and what grounds me. Although my personality will get fine tuned in adulthood, I think I have the basic idea of who I am and how I want people to perceive me. As a student on a college campus, my views and ideas are being challenged every day meaning my personality is growing as well.
