Introduction
JJ International Construction Company specializes in commercial and residential constructing, remodeling, and repair. The company headquarter is located in Hampton Georgia with a 100 personal staff that the company employs. The company has a 25-year history within the city and has provided majority, if not all, of the city construction and reconstruction needs. The company functions off an independent departmental system with internal technology for its day-to-day operations. The firm has chosen to hire a change agent that specializes in business analytic to improve the firm, and in order to open a second company location. The location of the second company constructed in a rural area that has beneficial subsidies.

After MIS gathers and compresses the data, it then translates it into timely user-friendly data for managers to use in order to make proper decision for the organization (Banks, 2015). MIS system will help the company meet their tactical and strategic goals (Banks, 2015) . According to Danxia Kong and Maytal Saar-Tsechansky article “Collaborative information acquisition for data-driven decisions”, MIS will help improve an organization efficiency when put with an appropriate predictive models (Kong, 2014). Business value decision backed up by data, so that they can have that competitive edge over its competitors (Rouse, 2013). The web based software can access data imputed or exported from a server to compute data for analysis and interpretation. The program works as a link between the company and its vendor where both can gather and relay research data for implementation. The “Cloud” stores all the data for use at any given time and have many safety security features. Microsoft Window Cloud services will be used due to its internal compatibility with current technology software. With Microsoft Excel, the process of interpreting data into presentable for managers to make decision based off of the data. Microsoft offers other programs like business pro, Gant Charts and office essential easy for day-to-day operations in business.
